MONITORING
Accurate monitoring is essential for the continuity of your business. An accurate monitoring system will allow you to spot signals of problems or bottlenecks at an early stage so they can be dealt with more quickly. This includes, among other things, the monitoring of hardware, servers, services, reaction times and disk space.
H2B offers a reliable, safe and flexible solution. Our open source network application can be adjusted to your own wishes. The system controls a wide variety of hardware, operating systems and network components. Our system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our system provides a very clear overview of the status of the network environment. Alarms can be reported via email, smartphone, a dashboard or possibly text messages.
In addition to the implementation of our monitoring system, we can also offer you a service contract with H2B, so we keep an eye on your network. We are the first to be aware of any network failures take immediately action.
Before we can implement our monitoring system, we first make a thorough analysis of the network and network components. What are the areas on which we are going to focus and how are we going to set up the monitoring system so that this fits the wishes and needs of our customers.
We install our monitoring system depending on the size and complexity of the network system and network components. During this phase we set up the basic system and we connect it to the mail server for email notifications.
The complete operational configuration will be completed at the end of this phase of the project, so that the monitoring system is operational.
After the monitoring system is fully set up, we will provide a complete documentation.
In doing so, we train your employees so they have sufficient instructions to manage the system independently.
During this phase, we will also finetune the system further together with our customers.
